What you'll do

The Identity Services team acts as the primary contact for all Identity-related issues, efficiently managing requests across multiple IDAM squads. This ensures a comprehensive and enhanced Identity experience for clients. The role involves collaborating with business units to set requirements, prioritize tasks, assign them to the right IDAM squads, and coordinate testing and deployments effectively. The main objective is to create a seamless connection between IT units and business clients. The squad tracks progress, overcomes obstacles, shares key metrics and timelines, and maintains transparent communication throughout the project's lifecycle.

  • Review and analyze incoming service requests from various Stakeholders / Business Teams

  • Facilitate discussions with Stakeholders / Business Teams by providing an overview of the entire Identity Services Suite

  • Gather and assess requirements relevant but not limited to Identity Lifecycle, Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management and Single Sign-On

  • Facilitate decisions on the integration approach based on the gathered requirements

  • Serve as a primary technical point of contact between technical and non-technical Stakeholders

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Product Owners, Managers) to achieve project goals

  • Oversee a JIRA board and agile Scrum events

  • Create business cases based on requirements for development teams

  • Facilitate decisions on pivot or stop for every MVP

  • Provide regular status update reports to the Leadership Team

  • Create Knowledge Base articles for Identity Lifecycle, Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management and Single Sign-On

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to project delivery plans, progress, and updates

  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to current processes and planning techniques

What you bring:

  • 4-6 years of Business Analyst experience

  • Strong requirements gathering and solution establishment, even with high ambiguity

  • Skilled at translating business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams

  • Ability to question and dive deeper into requirements, identifying and addressing potential issues

  • Experience with Agile methodology

  • Highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational abilities

  • Preferred: Experience with IAM projects

  • Familiarity with IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, ServiceNow, and CyberArk
