The System Support & Security specialist plays an integral role in ensuring that all business users receive system level
support in a timely manner. This position involves ensuring department KPIs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolution of customer issues.
  • Ensure internal customer satisfaction.
  • Process internal customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Assist with system security setup and maintenance.
  • Send end user communication regarding system changes/bug resolution.
  • Additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education, with a focus in IT or a related field would be considered an asset.
  • Experience using Microsoft D365.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Support or in a similar role within a business setting.
  • Bilingual (English/French) would be considered an asset.
