Responsibilities

You will be responsible for creating loyalty marketing programs and campaigns and interacting with our customers. Your focus will be on strengthening the KENT PRO brand and cultivating customer loyalty.

Here's how you will do it:

Develop and implement an overall strategy for building various customer loyalty program and campaigns

  • Lead these loyalty programs to drive customer acquisition, development, and retention
  • Design and manage communications strategies focused on attracting, developing and retaining customers
  • Drive sales through customer loyalty offerings
  • Leverage analytics and experimentation capabilities to build innovative selling strategies to optimize loyalty lifecycle management across all customer segments
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, sales partners, and other members of the larger team to coordinate the effective delivery of loyalty programs and promotional campaigns
  • Manage and oversee inter-departmental relationships, including working with the design team to create compelling visuals, and with the copywriting team to compose engaging copy and content to facilitate story telling
  • Assume a lead role in the purchasing function for marketing material. This includes sourcing for vendors and quotations and monitoring vendor spends
  • Manage our email, signage, communication calendar
  • Manage the departmental budget
  • Event and sponsorship management
  • Providing support to the team on day-to-day administration and operations of the Loyalty Marketing team

Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of experience in a Marketing role
  • Must be highly motivated, well-articulated and can work independently and as a team
  • A proven track record of managing customer loyalty and rewards programs, including strategy development, operations, and business planning
  • The ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders on a diverse range of tasks to deliver meaningful results on time and within budget
  • The ability to convert raw analytics data into customer insights and strategic recommendations
  • Experience in cross channel marketing campaigns: including website, online, email marketing, and social media
  • Experience in project management and integrations is nice to have
  • Familiarity or being comfortable managing reporting software and systems
  • Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, and writing skills are required
  • Experience working with Power BI and D365 is a nice to have
  • Applicants must be conversant in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
