If you are looking for a dynamic organization, this is the opportunity for you. We are currently recruiting for a Data Analyst (Including ERP) to join our team in Saint John, NB.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

• Supporting day-to-day operations of ERP system and 3rd party modules, including technical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Creating macros, integrations, and managing reports for end users
• Building Power BI reports and dashboards
• Communicate information on outages to users and follow proper escalation procedures
• Assisting in the coordination of computer hardware and phone purchases
• Managing change requests and the impact on the system
• Writing documentation to describe program development, coding, corrections, as well as manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures
• Engage with 3rd party vendors on product support issues and escalation procedures.
• Providing training to users as necessary
• Provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders, identify risks, and escalate when necessary

Suitable candidates will meet the following qualifications:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in in Business, Finance or Computer Science.
• 3 to 5 years of professional work experience
• Proficiency in data visualization, dashboard creation and business intelligence
• Experience with SQL server database (running SQL queries, fixing data, performing data extractions, creating reports)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Microsoft Dynamics GP experience an asset
• Knowledge and experience with SSRS, Power BI, JD Edwards is preferrable
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work directly with end users on requirements and support
• Strong aptitude for technology & systems, with a continuous improvement mindset
