The Operations Data Analyst is responsible for the daily development and reporting of operational truck roll planning and results data. This role involves analyzing capacity requirements, forecasting future needs, and ensuring optimal resource allocation to meet service demands. The analyst will work closely with various departments to gather data, generate executive-level reports, and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain operational truck roll plans.
• Analyze and report on capacity planning and operational performance.
• Utilize Salesforce Reporting to generate and distribute regular reports & dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights.
• Forecast future capacity needs based on historical data, trends and planned truck roll volume.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance truck roll efficiency.
• Monitor and adjust plans to ensure alignment with service goals (SLA) and objectives.
• Provide support and training to team members on capacity planning tools and processes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in resource capacity planning, truck roll logistics & operational reporting within the telecommunications industry.
• Proficiency in Salesforce reporting/dashboards and data analysis.
• Familiarity with truck roll planning and service operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building and presenting Sr. Management & Executive-level reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field.
• Understanding of resource capacity planning principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly Salesforce, PowerBI & geographic information systems.
• Knowledge of operational planning and resource allocation.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications installation and service industry.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce reporting & dashboards.
