Network Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a Network Reporting Analyst working from Fredericton, Woodstock, NB, (Remote) to support our Network Operations department.

The Network Reporting Analyst will lead the focus on reporting and analyzing key metrics relating to FTTP and Fixed Wireless network availability. By trending and reviewing outages, change requests and network availability they will flag optimization opportunities to ensure that the health of the network is solid.
The Network Reporting Analyst will prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to present in regular reviews with internal teams and collaborate on gaps and process improvements. They will maintain the database of information to ensure accuracy and enhance reporting structures by automating tasks and reports.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for maintaining documentation of all network reports.
• Creating daily, weekly, monthly reports for Network Operations
• Accountable for analyzing reports and data trends to identify opportunities for enhancing FTTP and Fixed Wireless service availability.
• Automating tasks and reporting dashboards.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A strong working knowledge of MS Office (in particular MS Program, Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge in programming/scripting and/or database query languages
• Working knowledge of QuickBase reporting and pipelines
• Working knowledge of salesforce reporting
• IP/Networking/LAN/WAN/4G/5G/FTTP technologies
• College Degree/Diploma in Information management/Computer Science/Networking
combined with 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
• Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
• Ability to use SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts
• Experience with preparing and giving presentations
• Strong writing and verbal communications skills to effectively relate data to stakeholders
• Self-starter and team player with strong leadership qualities
• General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow
