Reporting to the Sr. Lifecycle Product Specialist, the successful candidate must thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and detail. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a "can do" attitude. The successful candidate will play a key role in the Supply Chain Department at Cavendish Farms.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful Product Life Cycle (PLC) projects including but not limited to new SKU launches, SKU transitions, SKU discontinuations are completed on time to ensure service is met to customers externally and internally
  • Ensure PLC projects are completed within budget by minimizing component write offs and finished goods write offs
  • Working cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customers, Master Scheduling, Customer Service, Deployment, etc to achieve common goals of service and budget
  • Develop, implement and own action plans to mitigate PLC project risks, and inventory risks
  • Run and provide accurate and timely PLC reports
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports (period end, year end)
  • Identify and drive opportunities to automate, enhance, and improve processes, tools, and systems

Qualifications

  • University degree or College diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain
  • Team player with excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft excel.
  • High attention to detail, investigative skills, accuracy and results driven.
  • Project management skills
