As a Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of our internal sales team and key bank partnerships through strategic training initiatives. You will be a crucial driver in the implementation of comprehensive training programs, collaborating with team members and experts across the organization. Additionally, you will have opportunities to develop automations and leverage the latest AI technologies to drive scalability and efficiency. We seek an individual with a passion for continuous learning, a knack for design, and the ability to maximize their impact on the business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and develop engaging training strategies, playbooks, and materials to
    empower our internal sales team and external partners.
  • Collaborate with the training team and experts across the organization to
    create effective training curricula for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Utilize design skills to create visually appealing training documentation and
    materials.
  • Apply video editing skills to produce high-quality training videos and tutorials.
  • Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver and track
    training programs.
  • Work with the FISPAN AI Committee to develop new AI use cases and explore
    strategies for scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Business Transformation team to develop automations
    and improve processes across the organization.
  • Create video animations to enhance training content (nice to have).


Required Skills + Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in training development, project management, or sales
    enablement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a
    related field.
  • Proficient in design software and tools for creating training materials and
    documentation.
  • Skilled in video editing software to create engaging training content.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for delivering and
    managing training programs is required. Additionally, experience in Training
    Certifications, with knowledge of CPE (Continual Professional Education)
    credits, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to explain technical
    concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of coordinating with multiple
    stakeholders to complete projects with speed and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong desire for continuous learning and
    growth.
  • Preference given to candidates with interest or experience in Financial
    Technology, Banking, ERPs, or B2B Businesses.
  • Bonus points for experience with video animation, AI technology, or
    automation.

    Compensation and Benefits Package

We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $70,000-$78,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location.As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
