The Sr. Product Manager role at FISPAN is responsible for leading the development and execution of our product strategy from concept to launch, driving product vision, and ensuring alignment with company goals. This role requires close alignment with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, and Sales to define product features, prioritize the product roadmap, and ensure timely delivery. This role will also require mentorship to team members, helping guide their development and contributing to overall team success and achievement of team goals. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential in this role.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Lead cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and manage innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.
  2. Define and execute product strategies, including integration and go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and high-impact external partnerships.
  3. Oversee the prioritization, scoping, and resource allocation for product initiatives, balancing strategic objectives with client and partner demands.
  4. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to ensure seamless product delivery, market positioning, and adoption.
  5. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies to optimize the product's value proposition.
  6. Lead post-launch performance evaluations, adjusting strategies based on key metrics, client feedback, and market trends to ensure continued success.
  7. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
  8. Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, UX, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  9. Spearhead product and feature launches, collaborating across departments to ensure smooth execution from business case approval to final delivery.
  10. Drive continuous product improvement by staying proactive on client feedback, industry trends, and market shifts.
  11. Lead the coordination and communication of product releases, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, driving product strategy and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Relevant industry experience in ERP, accounting or banking software is a must.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of web-based technologies and hands on experience managing the backlog for software development teams.
  • Expertise in Agile development methodologies, with practical experience using tools such as JIRA.
  • Proven leadership in fast-paced, cross-functional teams with a strong track record of delivering complex solutions to market.
  • Specific experience in working closely with financial end users and web oriented software engineers, translating complex requirements into deliverable components of a web application.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Deep expertise in ERP or accounting systems, with preference for platforms like NetSuite, Intacct, Microsoft Business Central, QuickBooks, or Xero.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles, particularly in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliation.
  • Experience with B2B or commercial virtual card payments is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record working on fintech, payments, or corporate banking projects.
  • Strong interest in how large enterprises manage money, data, and information across complex systems, with exposure to enterprise technology.
  • Technical proficiency in web and API technologies and integration strategies. Hands-on experience with tools like Postman and Swagger are excellent.
  • Experience or strong interest in Generative AI, AI, or machine learning is a significant plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, implement change, and bring innovative ideas to product development.

    Compensation and Benefits Package

We want our employees to see how the ideas they help generate today have an impact on how we do business tomorrow.With that, the hiring salary range for this position is $96,400-$133,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on comparable market data from companies of similar employee size, revenue and location.As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive semi-annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
