  • Lead and execute engineering projects (mono and multi-disciplinary) for clients in energy, mining & metals, and industrial sectors, ensuring high-quality technical solutions.
  • Design, implement, and maintain cybersecure IT/OT infrastructures, including networks, servers, and virtualization, while aligning with client needs.
  • Develop and manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new projects and positioning BBA as a trusted advisor.
  • Prepare proposals and technical deliverables, including reports, specifications, drawings, budgets, schedules, and scope of services, to support both project execution and business growth.
  • Engage in business development efforts, leveraging your professional network to generate opportunities and promote BBA's expertise.
  • Provide technical leadership while driving practice growth, fostering collaboration across teams, and enhancing BBA's market presence.

Overview of certifications and job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, telecommunications, network administration, or relevant training.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the Mining, Energy, or Industrial sectors.
  • Experience designing, implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting network and telecommunications systems such as Microwave, Satellite, IP/MPLS, LAN Switching and routing, etc.
  • Familiarity with Operational Technologies (OT), such as industrial control systems, SCADA, and PLCs.
  • Certifications in Network and Cybersecurity (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) and familiarity with IT/OT frameworks and standards (e.g.,
  • IEC 62443, IEC 61850) are assets.
  • Bilingual (English and French) is an asset.
  • Registration or eligibility to register as a P.Eng with EGBC is an asset.

  • Annual base salary between - $118,000 to $145,000
