We're looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy Senior Content Designer to do strategic content design work, including messaging frameworks, naming, content patterns, and audits. Our goal is to not only make it easy for people to connect and collaborate in safe and authentic ways, but to also grow and scale our deployment funnel. This role will focus on the integration of AI capabilities into front-line worker products, as well as improving our existing mobile experience. The position requires an understanding of UX, technology, and the role language plays in design.

Our portfolio of front-line worker-focused products help workers schedule and manage shifts; communicate with each other using chat, audio, or online meetings; and run their day-to-day tasks. You'll work on a multidisciplinary design team to co-create the front-line worker product experience, collaborating with Teams content designers, interaction designers, visual designers, researchers, data scientists, engineers, and product managers to help shape the experience from conception to launch.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Humanities, Digital Communications, UX Design, Human Computer Interaction, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in product or service design, copywriting, technical writing, writing (e.g. for marketing, advertising, e-commerce), brand design, or brand marketing
OR Master's Degree in Arts, Humanities, Digital Communications, UX Design, Human Computer Interaction, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field AND 2+ years experience working in product or service design
o OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Content Design IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $108,100 - CAD $199,700 per year.
