We're looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy Senior Content Designer to do strategic content design work, including messaging frameworks, naming, content patterns, and audits. Our goal is to not only make it easy for people to connect and collaborate in safe and authentic ways, but to also grow and scale our deployment funnel. This role will focus on the integration of AI capabilities into front-line worker products, as well as improving our existing mobile experience. The position requires an understanding of UX, technology, and the role language plays in design.

Our team brings warmth, humanity, and clarity to the conversation we have with millions of customers through our product experiences. We drive ethical design choices and technical capabilities. We take this to heart—it's a big opportunity to do something good, genuine, and important for others. Content designers are the voice of Microsoft Teams. They design with words to craft intuitive, inspiring experiences everywhere people engage with Teams. They collaborate closely with world-class designers and engineering teams and use data and research to imagine, design, test, and deliver Teams features that hundreds of millions of people around the globe rely on.

Our portfolio of front-line worker-focused products help workers schedule and manage shifts; communicate with each other using chat, audio, or online meetings; and run their day-to-day tasks. You'll work on a multidisciplinary design team to co-create the front-line worker product experience, collaborating with Teams content designers, interaction designers, visual designers, researchers, data scientists, engineers, and product managers to help shape the experience from conception to launch.

Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
