What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Consultant specializing in the Oracle PPM Projects module, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality Oracle PPM solutions to our clients. You will leverage your expertise to provide strategic guidance, implement best practices, and ensure successful project delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle PPM, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

As a Senior Consultant you will:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of the Oracle PPM Projects module for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance project management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy Oracle PPM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other Oracle modules and third-party systems.
  • Provide expert guidance on Oracle PPM functionalities, including project accounting, project costing and project billing.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and documentation for end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Oracle PPM solutions.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution (including experience working with Oracle Support) to ensure optimal performance and reliability of Oracle PPM implementations.
  • Stay current with Oracle PPM updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment within the team.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities for additional services and supporting proposal development.

About the team

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle PPM Projects module solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle PPM functionalities, including project accounting, project costing and project billing.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading Oracle PPM implementations for diverse clients across various industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective Oracle PPM solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs.

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
