DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Analytics and Data Migration architect with extensive experience in SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS) and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analytics, data integration, and data migration projects with a strong background in SAP environments like SAP Datasphere, SAP S/4HANA, BODS. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data solutions that support business objectives and improve decision-making processes.

Key job responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of data integration and ETL processes using SAP BODS.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Develop, test, and maintain complex data extraction, transformation, and loading workflows from multiple data sources into SAP and non-SAP systems.
* Support data migration activities, including mapping, profiling, and loading data into SAP systems.
* Work closely with the BI/Reporting teams to optimize data models for analytics and reporting purposes.
* Provide expertise in SAP data architecture, data modeling, and database design.
* Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data integrity and availability.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- * 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data integration, and ETL processes, with a focus on SAP BODS.
- * Strong knowledge of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data migration methodologies
- * Experience in SAP data models, especially within SAP ERP, SAP BW, and S/4HANA environments.
- * Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management.
- * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- * Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge of SAP systems (like SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, etc.) and their architecture and infrastructure needs
- * Certification in SAP BODS or related SAP modules.
- * Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies.

The base salary for this position ranges from $126,000/year up to $210,400/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
