Position: IT Event Support
Reports to: Manager, IT Infrastructure
SUMMARY:
The IT Event Support will troubleshoot company supported software and hardware problems and for receiving requests for technology services during all events (i.e. hockey games, concerts, etc.). The incumbent will be responsible for providing first level assistance and for assigning/dispatching technical support.
