Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Graphic Designer at Oakridge Park is responsible for the visual and digital identity of Oakridge Park's brand.

As the creative lead, the Graphic Designer will focus his/her attention on owning all print and digital assets from ideation to execution which includes wayfinding, video production & editing, digital assets (social media assets, website, email marketing) and seasonal campaigns with the overall goal to generate brand awareness; increase foot traffic thereby positively impacting retail sales; build community by increasing "heart share"; spark joy in the customer journey; highlight the tenant mix and offering; and, help to position QuadReal Retail as leaders in the shopping centre marketing space vis-à-vis cutting-edge marketing ideation and execution.

About Oakridge Park

Working with Canadian developer, Westbank, we are reimagining Oakridge Centre, a top performing asset in a global city, with the goal of transforming it into a major cultural hub and new municipal town centre for the City of Vancouver. The new Oakridge Park will be a mixed-use, transit-oriented neighbourhood hub that will offer 900,000 sq.ft. of unique, experiential retail plus, office space, residential towers, a public park, a civic centre, a new library, a daycare, a seniors' centre, a dance school, a world-class performing arts academy, a music venue, performance space and a community centre.

From a retail perspective, if you thought Oakridge Centre was Vancouver's "most stylish destination" before, just you wait! Things are about to get even more stylish plus . . . more delish. As part of the future proposition, Oakridge's retail component will see an overhaul that will render it unrecognizable, its footprint doubling in size to almost one million square feet. When it opens in 2025, visitors to the Centre (expected to reach over 26 million per year) can expect a carefully curated collection of best-in-class retailers from around the globe including unique luxury brands and services, flagship boutiques and some first-to-market tenants -- all seamlessly integrated with an exceptional culinary experience with Time Out Market.

Oakridge Park is not only one of the single biggest developments in Vancouver's history; it's also one of the most monumental redevelopments currently underway in North America given its sheer scale, ground breaking design and overall ambition.
