We are currently seeking a Technology Implementation Partner (Solutions Partner) to join Prospera's team. The Technology Implementation Partner (Solutions Partner) is responsible for providing a superior level of service delivery as the platform owner for technology enabling #CRM, Marketing, customer engagement and #sales enablement. The partner works as part of a cross functional agile team focused on Sales and Marketing Systems bridging the gap between business and technology.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversees the execution of road maps for processes and solutions within a portfolio
  • Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
  • Prioritizes and maintains the backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders
  • Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment
  • Maintains vendor relationships and budgets
  • Provides leadership and management on development and implementation projects
  • Understanding CRM and sales is a must
  • Elicits business requirements of internal customers
  • Initiates the problem-solving process with business units by using root cause analysis and other problem-solving techniques, and proactively developing alternatives or potential solutions
  • Educates and trains business users to implement best practices and leverage technology

What you bring:

Education

  • Post Secondary Diploma in a related discipline

Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • CRM, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations experience is required
  • Financial services industry experiences an asset
  • Design Thinking and Service Design experience is an asset

Licenses or Certifications (Asset):

  • Project Management (PMP)
  • Product Management certification

  • Creativity. Generate innovative solutions or approaches to complex problems.
