As Senior Digital Product and Segment Manager, you will oversee the creation of a digital product, recognize the user and buyer personas and creating unique value propositions, identify, evaluate and respond to crucial product analytics. They will also continually improve the products, promoting member retention and enhancing the member lifetime value. Developing a strategic product vision and prioritizing it will drive the development and evolution of our digital products to ensure we remain at the forefront of digital banking in the province.

What you'll do:

  • Champion the product vision, strategy, and overall product roadmap/KPIs aligned to strategy company objectives.
  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of minimum viable products (MVPs).
  • Bring and lead the development of an "expert" level of knowledge of the most relevant and member-desired digital financial products, advice, and member experience delivery models.
  • Ensures that all products, including financial and non-financial products, customer segments and channels, are equally as much desirable to members as they are viable and feasible for Prospera.
  • Drive the need for designing and realizing the best digital member experience across all products, channels, and segments.
  • Own the accountability for vendor and partner selection and ongoing decisions that are required technologies or services to deliver products or channels.
  • Participate as an active member of the product, marketing and change teams by contributing to the corporate strategy development, adding value from a product development perspective.
  • Communicate department strategies and objectives, ensuring understanding and alignment with business and teams.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business or technical field
  • 8+ years of product management experience in digital solutions is a core requirement or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven ability to analyze data and apply insights to make strategic decisions that align with business objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills, with previous experience challenging teams to be creative and innovative about problem solving.
  • Strong ability to advocate for member needs, balancing strategic oversight with a focus on detailed execution.
  • Strong ability to plan, schedule, organize and prioritize work assignments.

Prospera offers a total compensation package of base pay plus incentives that is market competitive and reviewed against the market annually. Starting salary is normally targeted around the middle of the posted salary range, and is determined based on the successful candidate's knowledge, experience and internal equity. Our expected hiring salary is $115,650.00 to $128,500.00.
