In the role of Identity and Access Management Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining staff identity and access by supporting the organization's identity and access management program through IAM request fulfillment, improvement of IAM processes, supporting IAM audits and working with various stakeholders towards the implementation of IAM automation.

What you'll do:

  • Provide user account lifecycle management by activating, maintaining, and deactivating accounts according to pre-defined procedures and within agreed service levels.
  • Maintain good hygiene of identity and access platforms by ensuring that all dormant objects are remediated in a timely manner.
  • Assist ServiceNow Team to implement and maintain automation for managing account lifecycle.
  • Coordinate hardware and onboardings for new and returning employees
  • Provide technical onboardings to new and returning employees
  • Coordinate the collection of hardware from employees who have left the organization.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on IAM processes and procedures.
  • Ensure proper procedures are followed for authorization of access.
  • Ensure all evidence of authorization is documented according to internal standards.
  • Develop and maintain an inventory of accounts.
  • Report and act on multi-factor authentication compliance.
  • Participate in and support identity and access audits.
  • Implement audit recommendations as required.
  • Support the deployment of multi-factor authentication, single sign on, and mobile device management.
  • Participate in project work as necessary.
  • Be the key person for the support team on IAM-related matters.
  • Assist the support team by providing level 1/2 technical support as required.
  • Occasional after-hours and overtime work.

What you bring:

  • Associate degree in IT, Business, or related field (or 3-year relevant experience)
  • At least 1 year managing identity and access platforms
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and ServiceNow.
  • Microsoft and Cloud certifications are assets.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to train team members and experience working on projects.
  • Multi-tasking, problem-solving, and adaptability.
  • Knowledge of IAM, RBAC, and PowerShell scripting.

      Prospera offers a total compensation package of base pay plus incentives that is market competitive and reviewed against the market annually. Starting salary is normally targeted around the middle of the posted salary range, and is determined based on the successful candidate's knowledge, experience and internal equity. Our expected starting salary for this role is $58,950.00 to $65,500.00.
