Information Technology and Networking Instructor

The College of New Caledonia requires an Instructor to teach in the Information Technology and Networking program. Responsibilities will include the development and delivery of courses and laboratory activities, conducting student evaluations, maintaining current technical competencies and other tasks as required for college operations.

• An IT related degree or diploma and 5 years of computer industry experience or equivalent
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent is preferred
• CWNP Certified Wireless Network Professional credential or equivalent is preferred
• Cisco certification preferred
• Microsoft Certified Professional credential preferred
• Linux Certification or experience preferred
• Provincial Instructor diploma or 2 years teaching experience preferred
• Demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for trouble shooting and problem solving
• A combination of qualifications and experience may be considered
