JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented ERP Specialist to optimize, enhance, and test our Infor M3 ERP system. In this role, you will focus on configuring and optimizing M3 modules and ERP-related components to meet evolving business requirements. You will also address escalated support requests as needed. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyze processes, implement solutions, and drive cross-departmental process improvements to ensure the M3 system fully supports our core business functions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and customize M3 modules and related components to align with business needs and support operational goals.
• Identify, design, and implement system enhancements to streamline workflows and optimize functionality.
• Work with a cross-functional team to gather requirements and translate those requirements into M3 system improvements, ensuring the ERP system meets organizational needs.
• Oversee system upgrades, testing, and deployment to ensure continuity and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with Information Systems (IS) and external vendors to address escalated support requests and technical issues, as well as facilitate integration with other software applications ensuring seamless data exchange and compatibility.
• Maintain detailed system documentation, including configuration settings, best practices, and process updates.
• Develop and update user documentation and training resources to support M3 functionality.
• Lead user training sessions to increase understanding and effective utilization of the M3 system.
• Conduct regular data integrity checks and collaborate on data management to ensure accuracy and reliability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or certification in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with ERP systems (experience with Infor M3 preferred; comparable systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or NetSuite are also acceptable).
• Strong knowledge of ERP system configuration, customization, and optimization techniques.
• Proven ability to identify and implement system improvements aligned with business needs.
• Solid understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, or operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and improvement.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and task prioritization.

SALARY

The intermediate and senior salary ranges combined for this role is $71,500-$109,700 annually. The intermediate and senior levels differentiate by technical skill level, as assessed during the selection process. Note: The salary range maximum signifies full job knowledge
