You as a Quality Lead will:

• Manage, lead, and support the effective implementation of the Project Quality Management Plan, operational best practices, and risk management strategies on the project
• Facilitate proper planning of the work to effectively manage risk and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Oversee the development and implementation of Subcontractor Quality Plans and Inspection and Testing Plans (ITPs)
• Work closely with EllisDon's regional/corporate quality team and technical departments to ensure adequate understanding and planning for complex elements of the project
  
  

Is this the right role for you?

• Ability to champion and lead the effective implementation of operational best practices, project quality plans, risk management strategies, and quality assurance /control activities
• Minimum 2-7 years of experience in the construction industry (preferably ICI), and familiarity with quality management systems and practices
• You are a self-directed, motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
