As a team member, you will be responsible for testing the end-to-end functionality of the product. You will be working closely with multiple development and QA teams to verify new features, regression test existing functionalities, automate E2E tests and improve the product's usability, reliability, and performance. Job Responsibilities

  • Execute feature and bug fix testing for the FortiSASE cloud-hosted web portal using a combination of manual and automated testing techniques.
  • Help build frameworks and packages required to implement end to end automation involving multiple products.
  • Work with internal teams to diagnose and troubleshoot issues found in production and staging environments.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects found during testing.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure defects are correctly identified and fixed.

Job Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience working as a QA in a Software-as-a-Service or Infrastructure-as-a-Service environment.
  • Experience with automation using either Java or Python is a must.
  • Ability to create and maintain automation infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, firewalls, switching, and routing.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to logically and analytically troubleshoot web applications and cloud infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear and reproducible problem reports and test results.
  • Experience working with OpenStack, AWS, GCP and Azure is preferred
  • Experience with RabbitMQ is a plus
  • Experience with endpoint software (such as FortiClient or equivalent) is an asset

Educational Requirements

  • A degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or related field.

The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be between $81,000 - $110,000 annually. Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labour market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, and experience.
