The Server Support Analyst is responsible for strategic planning, technology progression, and operational support of ATCO's Windows Server environment within the Technology and Global Security business unit. You will assist in the development of a technical roadmap for ATCO's Windows Server environment, initiate and execute technology projects over time in alignment to the technical roadmap, and provide proactive and responsive support in alignment to ATCO security standards and policies. The role requires in-depth knowledge of the Windows Server platform as well as proven problem solving and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a delivery team comprised of server support, network support, storage support and security and disaster recovery teams. This role will require participation in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation.
