Full-time, permanent candidates only. Must be able to work in office 3 days / week.

We are looking for a driven and self-motivated UI/UX Developer & Web Administrator who thrives on taking ownership of their role. This position blends creative design with front-end development, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience. You will be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces in Figma and translating those designs into functional, responsive web pages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of UI/UX development projects from concept to implementation
  • Design user-friendly web interfaces using Figma
  • Develop responsive and interactive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Utilize template engines to create reusable, dynamic web components
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, business analysts and stakeholders to enhance UI/UX
  • Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and performance
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to refine UI/UX
  • Maintain consistency in branding and design across all digital platforms for both internal and external customers
  • Help maintain and improve our corporate website, ensuring consistent and high-quality user experience
  • Actively participate in SCRUM events and SDLC
  • Utilize the KendoUI component library

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, wireframing)
  • Strong front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React is a plus)
  • Experience with Material Design and other CSS frameworks
  • Familiarity with template engines (e.g., Handlebars, Pug, Liquid, or HubL)
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently while collaborating with teams
  • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices, usability, and accessibility standards
  • Ability to translate design mockups into pixel-perfect web pages
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and development tools (VS Code, Chrome DevTools)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with HubSpot CMS (theme development, customization)
  • Understanding of backend integration (APIs, Ajax, Node.js, etc.)
  • Prior experience in A/B testing and analytics
