The Work:

• Responsible for seamlessly delivering SuccessFactors services to clients
• Assign all work assignments, commit teams to work, and manage their work quality
• Manage financials and mix to targets, and drive the team’s overall people management
• Work with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and provide expert guidance on the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Develop solution architectures and design documents that align with client needs and business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including integrations with other systems
• Work with senior managers at a client and/or at Accenture – and be ready to negotiate or communicate persuasively on key issues
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation process
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team and clients
• Use your judgment to chart the way forward on critical assignments
• Lead large teams and/or projects at a client or at Accenture
• Monitor and control service delivery metrics
