PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The primary responsibility of the Information Services (IS) Project Management Office (PMO) Practice Lead is to ensure that all projects within the IS portfolio are completed within the specified time, budget, and quality standards per the PMO's Key Performance measures. In addition to being responsible for developing and implementing effective project management processes and tools, ensuring that every project manager adheres to them. The Practice Lead also assists Project Managers in different knowledge areas of the project lifecycle.

Management Conductor Program:
