TELUS, one of Canada's leading telecommunications companies, is seeking a dynamic Manager of Sales to lead our Unified Communications division. This role combines strategic leadership with technical expertise to drive enterprise communications solutions across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach a high-performing sales team focused on full-cycle enterprise sales support
  • Revenue Generation: Drive profitable revenue aligned with TELUS' capabilities and corporate strategy
  • Strategic Partnerships: Foster relationships with key partners (Cisco, Microsoft, Google, Avaya)
  • Solution Development: Architect complex enterprise communications solutions
  • Performance Management:
    • Manage sales pipeline through SFDC (Salesforce)
    • Create innovative solutions and strategies
    • Present sales reports to senior management
    • Participate in bid governance processes

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in UC solutions
  • Proven track record leading enterprise solutions sales teams
  • Experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong background in telecom industry or related enterprise sectors
  • Expertise in both public and commercial sectors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Sales certifications
  • University degree or equivalent senior-level experience
  • Experience with Cisco, Microsoft, or Avaya platforms
  • Strong background in cloud voice and managed services
