Your Role

As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you'll take the lead on our paid search and online advertising strategy. You'll work closely with both our internal team and outside partners to improve campaign results and drive real impact through data.

What you'll do:

  • Collect and organize data from all marketing channels—this includes our website, email campaigns, online ads, and even offline promotions
  • Research what our competitors are doing and analyze customer habits to support smarter marketing decisions
  • Ensure information is accurate and consistent across tools like HubSpot (our marketing platform), CRMSeries (our customer tracking system), and Google Analytics (used to monitor website activity)
  • Keep our data secure and compliant with privacy rules
  • Review performance results to identify patterns, successes, and areas to improve
  • Set and track goals to measure how well our marketing is working
  • Build clear reports and interactive dashboards to share results with the team
  • Manage and improve paid advertising on platforms like Google and Facebook/Instagram
  • Test different ad approaches to find what works best
  • Work with outside vendors and adjust campaign budgets as needed based on results
  • Stay informed about new trends and tools in online marketing
  • Take part in internal training, including learning about our industry and customer base

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing, statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing focused on search engine marketing and paid online advertising
  • Strong campaign planning, strategic thinking, and forecasting skills
  • Proficient in Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with social media advertising, especially LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and visual
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to simplify complex data and tell compelling stories
  • Collaborative and independent - a solutions-oriented team player
